何光林,四川大学考古科学中心/四川大学华西医院罕见病研究院副研究员,四川省耳鼻喉大数据研究专委会副主任委员、四川省遗传学会理事会理事、四川省医学会医学遗传学专业委员会第三届青年委员会副主任委员。研究方向为法医基因组学、古基因组学和演化基因组学。担任BMC Biology、BMC Genomic Data等六个SCI杂志的副主编或编委。2020年在四川大学获得博士学位。2020年至2022年在厦门大学生命科学学院和新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究,研究方向为古基因组学和群体演化基因组学。先后以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Science Advances、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Genome Biology、Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics、Science China Life Sciences、BMC Biology、Journal of Genetics and Genomics、European Journal of Human Genetics、Forensic Science International: Genetics等SCI杂志发表SCI论文70余篇,并作为参与作者在Nature、Science Bulletin等SCI杂志发表多篇论文。主持国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金等多个项目,连续两年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。

研究方向

1)法医基因组学精准鉴识与中国人群基因组多样性研究:依托"中国万人基因组多样性计划"(10K_CPGDP)构建的大规模基因组队列, 系统解析中国人群的遗传结构特征和复杂演化历史。 包括群体遗传分化模式与历史迁徙动态、基因交流与文化、语言多样性的协同演化关系、 构建中国人群高精度遗传变异参考图谱, 为法医基因组个体识别和医学基因组疾病关联研究提供基础数据支持。

2)Y染色体基因组结构演化与法医基因组学转化研究:基于"炎黄队列"(YHC)样本资源, 整合二代和三代测序技术,全面解析Y染色体结构变异特征及其演化规律; 重建东亚人群父系遗传谱系的高分辨率系统发育树;开发适用于法医实践的高灵敏度Y染色体遗传标记检测体系。

3)线粒体基因组群体遗传学与医学应用研究:利用大规模中国人群线粒体基因组数据, 开发线粒体DNA异质性定量分析和核线粒体假基因(NUMT)精准识别的生物信息学工具; 绘制中国人群线粒体遗传多样性图谱;建立线粒体突变与疾病关联的医学参考数据库。

4)宿主-病原体共进化与免疫系统演化机制:整合现代人群基因组和古基因组数据,解析病原体选择压力驱动的人类适应性进化遗传机制, 阐明古人类基因渗入事件对现代人群固有免疫遗传网络形成的影响;揭示免疫相关基因的演化历史及其功能意义。
