Deputy Director of Molecular Archaeology, Center for Archaeological Science, Sichuan University.

He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the fields of forensic medicine and medical genetics. He has received five national natural funds. He has been awarded two national teaching achievement awards, one provincial teaching achievement award, head of the national first-class professional construction point, executive director of the national top-notch program 2.0, executive director of the national strong foundation program, responsible for the national first-class undergraduate course, the ministry and provincial-level key teaching and learning reform of three items. He is in charge of one national first-class undergraduate program and three key teaching reforms at the ministerial and provincial levels. He has published 72 SCI papers so far. Authorized 6 domestic invention patents and 1 international invention patent.
